Rob Coolen - Director

Rob spent most of the 90's cutting his teeth as an art director at ad agency Jwt. Working on most of their major accounts - KitKat, Barclays Bank, The Daily Telegraph, Kelloggs, Nintendo and countless others.

Rob left in 1998 to become a successful commercials director working at Outlaw Films and the Producers.

In 2000 Rob joined the newly formed Channel 4 spin off, 4creative, Channel 4's in house ad agency / production company, and designed and directed sponsorship titles, for Big Brother 2, Frasier, A Place in the Sun, and numerous trailers title sequences and press advertisements.

A brief stint as senior broadcast designer at Liquid TV led to the BAFTA award winning title sequence of the TV show Restoration.

Rob has been at Portland TV for three years and works on all their TV commercials and broadcast channels

Rob lives in Primrose Hill and cycles to work when it's sunny.
